The architectural layout employs vertical space optimization, integrating high-ceiling family lounges, an open-concept kitchen framework, and private en-suite bedrooms that open up to elevated terrace views. The design incorporates deep solar-shading screens to regulate internal thermal temperatures, large glazed apertures for natural daylighting, and sustainable structural foundations tailored to the localized topography.
