The spatial programming optimizes floor plate efficiency, integrating ground-floor retail storefronts with premium multi-bedroom residential units on the upper levels. Engineered for urban durability and commercial return, the design features robust structural concrete framing, high-yield rainwater harvesting infrastructure, dedicated borehole integrations, and stylized masonry facades tailored to withstand localized expansive clay soil conditions.
